If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Inspect Your Delivery
Immediately upon arrival, check the temperature of your pork and the condition of the vacuum-sealed packaging.
Document Issues
If you notice any thawing or damaged seals, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as evidence.
