Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our ethical, pasture-raised pork.

What does 'Regenerative' mean for your pork?

Regenerative farming focuses on soil health and biodiversity. Our pigs are rotated through fresh pastures, which allows the land to recover, sequesters carbon, and ensures the animals have a natural, stress-free life.

How is the meat shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are flash-frozen at the peak of freshness and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs. We guarantee that your pork will arrive frozen or refrigerator-cold.

Are your pigs given antibiotics or hormones?

No. Our pigs are raised without the use of subtherapeutic antibiotics, and we never use growth hormones. They thrive on a natural diet of pasture forage and non-GMO supplemental feed.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the nature of frozen food, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can issue a replacement or refund.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Currently, we ship to the lower 48 states to ensure timely delivery. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time to maintain the integrity of our frozen products.

How should I store my pork once it arrives?

Upon delivery, please place your pork immediately in the freezer. It will remain fresh for up to 12 months when kept frozen. For best results, thaw in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking.
